Hey there friend! I am Kwynn, your Ditch your Diet creator and instructor. Just like you, I struggled with being overweight and by struggle I mean dealt with knee pain, back aches, and chafed thighs! I found my niche years ago and became passionate about helping people use the internal cues they are born with to get control over their eating. Most times, the diet is not the problem that needs fixin'. There is a spark within you that needs to be reignited so that you can get on your path to greatness.
